Hey, did I miss Madness?

Only if you've slept through all of 2020.

Hey, kids, take this discussion over to the New jersey's thread.

I see what you did there.

I am really digging this sea salt grinder.    Regular salt is just so lame now.

If you really want to step up your sea salt game, infused salt!

Been doing sea salt through a nice grinder for a few years now. Regular salt has been relegated to occasional cooking duty.

TSmith34, Inc.

In the past year I've been gifted oak smoked salt, hickory smoked salt, and birch smoked salt, each from different people. Definitely upped my salt game.
If you think for one second that I am comparing the USA to China you have bumped your hard.

I thought everyone just used kosher salt out of their salt box or cup on the counter. Maybe a little Maldon's for finishing salt. Fine Sea Salt for a few applications.

Table salt is only for the bug-assult guns.
But I like to throw handfuls...

Ok, salt guys .. what's your popcorn salt of choice?    Some of those infused ones might be cool.

Arby's enters Mexico, and pandemic pushes new U.S. customers to try its sandwiches

https://www.cnbc.com/2020/10/22/arbys-enters-mexico-and-pandemic-boosts-new-customers-in-us.html

Arby's is opening its first restaurant in Mexico, marking its entrance into Latin America.

The sandwich chain's latest international launch comes as its U.S. business sees strong sales growth, despite the coronavirus pandemic. President Jim Taylor said Arby's is closing in on its 10th consecutive year of positive same-store sales.

I put kosher salt in my spice grinder and blitz it into a powder. Easy peasy popcorn salt. I also salt my popcorn before cooking. And popping it in ghee is a game changer for great butter taste.

As for flavorings my go to are:

Everything Bagel Seasoning that's been blitzed in a spice grinder.

And this cheddar cheese powder which everyone needs:

Never thought about ghee... could be good.

My mother used Crisco to make the popcorn... and if you haven't done it before... its delicious.  YES I KNOW ITS GROSS AND BAD.

Shocked this hasn't been mentioned:

QuoteThe transaction would add Dunkin' Brands to Inspire Brands' portfolio, which includes Arby's, Buffalo Wild Wings, Sonic and Jimmy John's. Inspire is backed by the private equity firm Roark Capital.

I'm expecting a Donut based Beef n Cheddar soon...

Hey they don't call it Inspire Brands for nothing...
