The best 3 topping pizza.

Pineapple doesn't belong anywhere near pizza.  period.

highly underrated, Canadian Bacon.  It's like bacon, but it's round and cute, just like Canada.

+1 ZFB. Also +1 to the egg. Anybody else like prosciutto on their pizza?

Yes to prosciutto

Sausage, onion and shrooms are a solid choice.

Any kind of olive is nasty.

Kind of an odd, bit local favorite is sausage and kraut. Known locally as the Eastsider. I don't crave it, but it is surprisingly good.

TAMU, Knower of Ball

I got you Chili, I am a fan of kraut and chicken pizzas.

I also love prosciutto on pizza.

If I'm going with traditional toppings, I concur with the sausage, mushroom, onion crowd.

Juan Anderson's Mixtape

Prosciutto, pear, gorgonzola.

Pepperoni, sausage, jalapeƱos (or banana peppers for less spice)

Squash and kale (make sure to coat the kale in oil so it gets crispy)

Archies Bat

Sausage, hot peppers and onions.

Frenns Liquor Depot

Fried eggplant and hot pepper from Modern.

ZiggysFryBoy

dafaq is wrong with some of you cats?  You ain't eating pizza, you're having a nastyass appetizer.

GooooMarquette

Pizza Margherita - tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil.

Or mushrooms, green peppers and black olives.

UWW2MU

None of this makes sense... other than the crust and sauce, there should be no non-animal products on a pizza.   You can include veggies and other plant products on your pizza by feeding it to the animals that eventually end up as toppings.

I've heard good things about modern, I need to try it.

Is it just considered 'bad'?

Then I opened it and saw Anodyne.

Never heard of it. Sounds like an attempt to create a "brand" to drum up business.

I hadn't heard of Detroit style either until a few years ago.   ::)

Zaffiro's / Pizza Man / Lisa's / Balisteri's

I feel like Milwaukee Style is a thing.  Fixture in Walker's Point has taken it on too.  Di Marini's has a little thicker crust.

BTW, why ya'll taking items off your pizza.  Go works: Pepperoni, Sausage, Green Peppers, Mushrooms, Onions, Black Olives.  Otherwise known as EBF, Everything But Fish.

Otherwise I'm a Pepperoni & Onion guy...if it's a Saturday and I'm feeling frisky; add some black olive or banana peppers.

EBF and a zaffiros salad..mmmmm

Jay Bee

Pepperoni and Pineapple is a great pizza.

Might have a SUPREME pizza tonight though, in honor of today's SUPREMELY wonderful day!
The portal is NOT closed.

Benny B

Most underrated pizza topping combinations (IMHO):

Shrimp and onion (salad shrimp, not peel and eat)
Sun dried tomatoes (in oil) and prosciutto
Olive oil (as a substitute for red pizza sauce), mushroom and black olives
Anchovies (glass jar, not canned) and pineapple
Green olives and extra cheese

Regardless of toppings, whatever cheese blend you're using, if you aren't using >80% low-moisture, whole milk mozzarella, might as well be cooking a Red Baron.

Thoughts on dipping a slice of pizza in Ranch dressing?

I cannot support that.  How about honey when you get down to the part of the crust that never had sauce or cheese on it?
