Leave it up to the Bucks owners to feed their egos by hiring Hammon just for the media attention it'll bring. They can always blow her ass away after it doesn't work out, hey?

Yep I think Bucks should go get him

Sure.  I mean, he is an expert and getting crushed by Lebron.  The Bucks can do that with the best of them.

Maybe Van Gundy but I don't know if he and administration would see eye to eye

I don't know enough about various NBA assistants and their qualifications to know.  I know that I was not impressed at all by Casey's performance in the playoffs the last couple of years.  His team had no counter-punch to what the Cavs were doing to them.

Why do you believe she isn't qualified on her own merits?

If you think Van Gundy is the answer, you're asking the wrong question.  Screwed up the Pistons.   Could have stayed the coach if he had ceded GM responsibilities.   Now a two time failure.

Not saying she isn't. I think she's a bad fit, at this time, for the Bucks. And if Lasry and Edens can't see that and still hire her, then its strictly a media grabbing move.

Why is she a bad fit for the Bucks?  Not saying you're wrong.  I think someone with more experience would be better.

No, just thinking of coaches with enough playoff experience that can mentor a  "young" team.

I feel the Bucks are in a tenuous point in their building process. Couple that with the opening of the Fiserv Arena and they have to get this next hire correct. Consequences of not doing so will likely result in Giannis leaving in free agency and being stuck in mediocrity. For the record, I would like to see Bucks ownership hire a coach with successful head coaching experience, and avoid all assistants in their search.

Kevin O'Neill is available

Juan Anderson's Mixtape

The Bucks next hire is the biggest in a long time for local sports. I would definitely not roll the dice on an unproven candidate. If they miss in this one, it might me last chance MKE gets on pro ball team in awhile. I do not trust ownership and fearful of their desire to be elsewhere.

Shaka Shart

Vinny Del Negro has playoff experience and is available!

I'd take Budenholzer. He did great when Atlanta had talent, but he never had a centerpiece like Giannis.

The language you used in this post seems totally wrong.

Ving Rhames is the perfect fit for the Bucks

Let's be real. The Packers GM hire was 10x more important to the state than this.

unfair advantage or over the top props?  ivy league female presents her thesis in her hanes-so this is how to stand up against anything one disagrees with, peta, world hunger, gun violence,  global warming, etc?  might as well add the lack of women in nba coaching positions too then, eyn'a?
