Pretty sure that would make Washington DC the best place on the planet to open up a colonoscopy clinic.  Except we'd probably have a whole lot of emaciated government officials walking around.

The owner of Giggles sold his bar/restaurant Gabes by the Park recently.  Have not heard of any legal troubles.  Not the best food around but for some reason, people seem to love it.

Not sure about reds, but I've paid the premium price for Honeycrisp cider, and TBH couldn't taste much if any difference to "regular" ciders, which I've seen made from MacIntosh.
