Without frosting? Is that some sort of new health food?

Anyone else notice the Arby's commercials during the game last night?

They know their audience!

Not yet.

I find great promise in this invention. Nothing quite helps the Arby's sweats like a 85 degree shower. Now I can binge watch episodes of 'According to Jim' while I work out the sweats.

The key is getting plenty of liquids.  Figure how much you drink with most foods, then triple that and you should be good.

Confirmed — first Arby’s sandwich in about 25 years — beef and cheddar — beautiful mix of bliss and regret.

I can't confirm with any recent data (recent being defined as within the last month), but I can confirm that Arby's has the fishes.

Please don't think any less of me.  Traveling to Louisville with my youngest on Friday, and we arrived late.  Checked into the hotel, and both of us were hungry.  A combination of it being late, and also very few options in that part of town led us to Arby's where we both had curly fries and I had a spicy fish sandwich (it being Friday in Lent, and all).  So, I cannot confirm that Arby's in Lousiville has the meats (although I have every reason to believe that they probably do).  But, as I said, I can confirm that they have the fishes (and the curly fries).

P.S. - the fish sandwich was pretty tasty...but, of course it was... it was Arby's, after all.

Although the US Conference of Catholic Bishops disagrees, many vegetarians (and others) consider fish a meat because it is the flesh of an animal.

So...apparently Arby's in Louisville has the meats!

Not to ruin Arby's for anyone, but a good friend of mine used to work at one. To this day he refuses to eat at another Arby's just because of the stuff he saw while he was working there. He never has gone into detail about it.

I'm pretty sure most people who have worked in fast food would say the same about their employers' restaurants.

In a general sense, if the floors are clean you should be fine.

Wow, I'm very concerned for Benny.  Being able to mimic Myron Medcalf's writing so closely implies an oncoming case of dementia.

I had the opposite experience.  I worked at McDonald's one of my high school summers.  Generally speaking, it was very clean and I never saw anything that I thought was gross.  I'm not suggesting that it's healthy, or anything, but everything was done by the book.  Cleanliness, "quality" ingredients (an admittedly relative term), refrigeration, product rotation, etc. were all very good.

I'm sure it varies by location, but nothing I saw working there turned me off McD's (or other fast food) for life.
