An ice cream sundae? I have a very different list when I am looking for a "spiritual pick me up"

most men have the same list they are just comfortable enough in their own skin that they dont feel the need to parade around on an anonymous marquette basketball forum shouting out on top of the hilltop about all the women theyve slept with.

or how young their wife is, how their wife is taller than them, how much weights they can lift or miles they can swim or mountains they can climb.

I like it when the various scoop posters shout things from hilltops . It makes this an enjoyable site .

Just another insufferable Scoop moron, Herm.

It's amazing how they can dish it out but writhe like wounded animals once we started kicking back.

Frankly, their little diatribes make me laugh.

Just had a beer that used spruce buds instead of hops. I was very, very surprised by how good it was.

Mike

As you know, the PNW is the epicenter of the world's finest hops so there is little reason to stray from the path of greatness. But while in Alaska recently I tried an Alaskan Spruce IPA. I thought it would be novelty but, in fact, found it to be a stellar stand alone brew worthy of mention.

Alaskan (out of Juneau) makes great beers - the Spruce IPA reinforces that reputation. Give it a try if you can find it.

lol what? theres literally not a single poster who “dishes it out” and then suddenly goes MIA for weeks when something that doesnt agree to his agenda comes out than you do bud. i dont ever recall “writhing” (like a wounded animal or anything else) when you have “kicked back.” if you find some evidence to support the claim ill admit im wrong but im confident there is none because this is what you do. you chirp and chirp and chirp straight out of your ass but when challenged to prove it there you go MIA. thank you for your service. youre past your prime now. you talk a big game to a bunch of dudes you do not know. that tells me one thing. you are nowhere near the badass you want everyone here to think you are. if you truly were you wouldnt give one damn about what muscoop thinks of you yet you couldnt leave any more doubt how important it is that scoopers bow to your every word when only like 2 do anything but laugh their ass off any time they see your posts.

Chili

Someone recently complained that he doesn't fly fish because he can't drink beer while doing so. It was explained to him by the fly fishermen at the table that this is the reason God invented single malt scotch - a proper beverage to celebrate a great day of fly fishing while sitting around the campfire.

This either makes sense or not but therein lies the secret to living life properly.

By the way, if you want the experience of a lifetime plan on making your AK trip in late spring when the salmon smolt are out. Not only do you get to whack Kings on the blue water but the rivers are filled with Dollys.

We can talk off line but bringing your fly rod is a must - Dollys are a lot of fun.

Alaskan brews are sold in most grocery stores in Milwaukee. Local brewer Black Husky makes a stellar Spruce IPA that is probably harder to find in stores than Alaskan is.

I am in the PNW. Had that beer at Fort George Brewery in Astoria.

That was a very bizarre story - landlord pushes out Real Chili so that a copy cat can set up shop. Naturally, everyone boycotted "Chili Gene." I don't think he lasted more than 4-5 months.
