So has anybody started their Christmas shopping yet? I decided to start early this year, so I hope to start later today.

Have some patience, FFS.

I've been thinking about it for quite a while, so technically I'm just finalizing a long process.  ;)

Literally started and finished everything - save for some stocking stuffers - last night.

Wow, I'm very concerned for Benny.  Being able to mimic Myron Medcalf's writing so closely implies an oncoming case of dementia.

So when Bezos takes over you'll be one of the first in line to worship the Empire? Or does he praise you for your service?

Not sure how the impending robotic takeover works exactly.

Bought my 12, 10 and 4 year olds scratch offs today, so I'm now done.

Amazon customer since 1999.

I'll be spared so there's someone to change the oil in the robots.

The rest y'all prolly be the oil.  Cept ZFB... he'll prolly get to be Bezos' mom's consort.

What's everyone's favorite hangover remedy/prevention?

I used to love the Zaca recovery patches, but they're discontinued. Drinkwel is okay... Might try the morning recovery drink thats been advertised a lot.

Full glass of water with 800mg ibuprofen and a b12 vitamin before bed. Full bottle of body armor/Gatorade as soon as I wake up (Pedialyte if I'm super in trouble)

The problem is, when you come home drunk, you just want to pass out, and often don't have the foresight to take preventive measures.

True. I usually put them on the nightstand or next to the toothbrush as a reminder - before I start drinking

I usually end up drinking the full glass of water, but in half-ounce increments, and combined with some sort of whiskey.
Sadly, it rarely prevents the hangover.

Sometimes you can find it in places like Champs or Lids, but it is pretty random.

The Champs in mall down here in Aggieland has Marquette hats....and I noticed that they didn't have Wisconsin hats. I bought something just for that.

This is what the actual distributors of the movie have to say about it:

I know of only one infallible preventative.

Before going to bed, mix 1/4 cup baking soda into 8 oz. warm water, and slam it.  Immediately head for the porcelain and plug your nose.

If you have shoulder-length or longer hair, be sure to put it under a backwards-turned ball cap before you begin.

There are a couple Campus Colors stores in the area that carry some MU stuff.   The one up in Highland Park is a bit larger location.

But they're a lot heavier into BigTen stuff.
