"One day, I smell something putrid, like hair, rubber, and plastic burning somewhere in the office."

that is a very generous description-i tended bar for this restaurant that was trying to be creative with "those parts".  he was first boiling them before the deep fry process.  they smelled like a baby's full diaper after mistakenly eating something off the floor...i dunno, a dead mouse or something

So, what is blood sausage?

each ethnic group has their own versions/recipes, but this one is probably closest to what igrew up on-
Another specialty in the Polish food collection is the blood sausage – kaszanka / kiszka in Polish – made of a mixture of pig's blood, pig offal (commonly liver, lungs, skin, and fat) and buckwheat (sometimes barley or rice). All of these ingredients are stuffed in a pig intestine

as i thought i mentioned earlier-don't know why it would have been deleted, but it's hard to get the good old world stuff anymore,  klements, usingers-their recipes have changed and it's just not the same.  usingers has one with raisons in it, are you kidding me?  raisons?  who knows where those things have been, eyn'er?
i was talking to a butcher friend of mine and he said the regulations on the blood part have eliminated a lot of guys from making it.  the hogs sharing needles and having unprotected sex has consequences and we all suffer ?-(

Blood sausage is also native to England and Ireland.  Only they call it pudding.
Wow, I'm very concerned for Benny.  Being able to mimic Myron Medcalf's writing so closely implies an oncoming case of dementia.

Stop what you're doing and read this.  Sweet fancy moses!

https://www.washingtonpost.com/business/2018/08/17/are-frosted-mini-wheats-less-frosted-than-their-generic-competitors-an-investigation/
And, Kellogg's costs 50% as much or more, therefore you are foolishly paying an excess of ~75% per Frosting Coverage Millimeter (tm) by sticking with the name brand.
If you think for one second that I am comparing the USA to China you have bumped your hard.

First, I'm fairly certain Malt-O-Meal (now part of Post) makes the Great Value cereal products.  However, Malt-o-Meal cereal is as good, if not better, than General Mills and Kelloggs.  Maybe I'm biased because I worked there during the summers when I went to Marquette but the quality is outstanding and their food safety precautions are second to none.
