I am so tired of celebrities stealing my material.

This is almost as bad as John Madden using my joke about how the perps on "Cops" would avoid arrest if they just wore a freakin' shirt.

Or that as a general rule, one should avoid any street that is named after Martin Luther King, Jr.  Of course, it's not racist when Chris Rock said it a decade after I made that observation after I got lost once in Hyde Park.

Sounds like you need a copyright lawyer....

I think I have a legit case against The Weather Channel. I have published proof via my social media account when awhile, I said that it must be tough for Jim Cantore to go on vacation because people probably freak out when they see him.

Yep - I think you've got a strong, high-dollar case right there.

Maybe Jackie Chiles will take it.

Looks like Sultan's swan song.  Or, he is having a secret rendezvous with Keefe. He is mysterically missing too.

You know I am sorry for even bringing this up.

There have been a lot of changes in my life over the past 12 months. Nothing bad. But I find myself not really caring all that much about the coming season or about Marquette basketball in general. It’s probably best that I leave this place for those who do.

I am guessing Keefe is still around somewhere.    He quit posting after Sultan showed he plagiarized an article during the Charlottesville discussion.    I called him on it.   He hasn't posted since.    I expect he will be back.

The fact that he's dead would probably be my first clue.

Had to look it up, but favorite Lionel Hutz exchange is shown below:

Lionel Hutz: Now don't you worry, Mrs. Simpson, I... uh-oh. We've drawn Judge Snyder.
Marge: Is that bad?
Lionel Hutz: Well, he's had it in for me ever since I kinda ran over his dog.
Marge: You did?
Lionel Hutz: Well, replace the word "kinda" with the word "repeatedly," and the word "dog" with "son."
Calvin:  I'm a genius.  But I'm a misunderstood genius.
Hobbes:  What's misunderstood about you?
Calvin:  Nobody thinks I'm a genius.

I always liked this lawyer exchange from My Cousin Vinny:

Judge: Uh… did you say ‘yutes’?
Vinny: Yeah, two yutes.
Judge: What is a yute?
Vinny: Oh, excuse me, your honor…Two youths.

Or this one:

Judge: I thought I told you to wear a suit in my courtroom!
Vinny: You were serious about dat?

The Braeburn is not getting much love here, but it is ranked #1 on this site.  No Pink Humanoids listed in the top 16, which is a shocker!

I like Braeburns, but no way to I consider them better than - or even close to - a Honeycrisp.  I eat a lot of Braeburns and Galas in the spring and summer...mostly because the previous fall's Honeycrisps have long since sold out.

At least she has Red Delicious in their proper spot.

Steamed or pan fried dumplings?

I like the texture of steamed and think it allows whatever sauce you use to enhance the flavor better.  My wife is squarely in the pan fried camp because of the texture.

It is the only disagreement we can't get past.  Thankfully it's as simple as placing two orders but seriously, you can't like dumplings and prefer pan fried right?

I definitely prefer steamed.  Pan fried is for fish if your grill isn't working...

Depends on the type of dumpling.  If we are talking asian style stuffed dumplings, definitely steamed.  If we are talking polish style potato dumplings (Kopytka) absolutely fried in butter.

Also, had a SweeTango apple, not bad.
