TAMU, Knower of Ball

Who made the tourney, and went to the sweet 16 and who didn't?? The tourney is all that matters. I could care less how many losses UW had..last year was supposed to be the year they missed the tourney, and it was looking good on that front..and then...well..I don't even like thinking about it.

They were picked as a 4 seed preseason least year IIRC

Anybody gots Scout premium?

Says he's going to visit Marquette, then Georgia, then maybe Cincinnati. Sounds like MU has been recruiting him the hardest.

Oh, there you go again with those facts of yours.
But it was the year they were supposed to miss the tournament!!!!

I think Buzz was/is a good coach and motivator but he had a ton of misses on players right out of
HS. He lucked out with Jucos and tough love and a core of them progressed fast on the court. So far with Wojo and staff last year I really did not see big improvement on a roster filled with 4* players, I still think hes unsure what to do in certain situations with a unbalanced roster and needs
a mentor or someone with more experience behind him on the bench instead of his buddies.

It's pretty funny when posters just say crap off the top of their head, stating it as fact, when a simple look at the interwebs comes up with actual facts.

Here ... let me try ...

Marquette was picked to win the Big East last year and be a top-3 seed in the NCAA tournament. I can't believe how bad Wojo messed that up.

Having not seen much other than just watching a few youtube videos of Cain I love his length and shooting ability.  Would love to see us land him.

How similar of a game does Cain have to Bailey?

I wonder when Cincinnati got in the mix they were not in his final four previously.

I hope we get him. A wing would be a great addition to the class.

Funny, Mike but here's a real fact in the link that Pakuni posted that's distressing: MU was "supposed to" be a #11 seed in last year's NCAA tournament. We didn't even make the NIT.

My thought is what seems to be true to you just isn't accurate. We've been in Chicago, just not a lot of good matches. But, AYO, keep your eyes out to from north to south to west to EASTERN parts of Chicagoland and surely you'll see "we haven't even touched" Chicago isn't quite right, a'iinna?

Carolyn is hitting the Windy City, a'iinna?

I have great respect for his mother. A very shrewd lady who was a Big Ten player herself . So she understands the ins and outs of this process better than most parents. The winner on this recruit is the one who will make the case that they offer young Xavier the best path to the NBA.
