Rivals's new class of 2027 rankings has Ndong ranked 56. But someone who's probably seen him live for 10 minutes total called him a project so we're effed.

Ayok at 65, Martinez at 121. Which means our entire class is a waste since Ndong is a project and the highest rated recruit in our class.

Given what we saw in the post tonight compared to the recent past, this is great news for this team going forward.

Royce, Josh, and Ayok at the 4/5 (imagine if Fru can play and come back!) along with the length the squad has at the 3/4 bodes well.

I might have guessed that it was that Ndong is a fast riser and other services haven't caught up yet, but 247 just updated their rankings on 10/26 and dropped him a spot from 144th to 145th. 

ESPN doesn't have him rated in their top 100 (I can't find the date of their last update), and is listed as their 38th ranked PF in ESPN's position rankings. The 17th ranked PF K'Nard Callendar the last to make the top 100 with a rank of 98, so ESPN would also seemingly have Ndong well outside the top 100.

No idea but you always should take ratings with a grain of salt......when they see a guy and how often will impact how they view him......and since their are so many players not every evaluator can possibly see every player.

It's basically an industry built on hype........every recruit is a " nice get" for whatever school signs them......🤷�♂️

You are right that Dong is a fast riser, especially with the right stimulation, hence, that explains the infatuation here with Porn Star alumni.
