That was great! Of course, my point was that defensive bball players, I think, are often taken for granted and don't get the respect they deserve. Great defenders in football gets a lot more respect because the offense and defense teams are neatly separated.

It's obviously a tough sell because of who is in the center room already. We already lost Sheek because of it, so now it becomes a selling point of, 'you'll have a chance to get minutes.. honest!!!'. Hope we can bring in a guy who can provide some decent minutes this coming season, and who SS will actually play ahead of 18.

Great and even very good players do not fear competition. They embrace and beat it. IF Sheek left because of Caeden and/or Josh then he knew something. Or he just took the money. He did take a step down in conference competition and at a lesser school. Hmmmmm...
