I think Shaka would be thrilled to have his players have huge seasons, while playing within the team system, and leaving to get paid big money as soon as they possibly can.

Kolek had an interview where he said he was talking to Shaka early in the year about next season and Shaka told Kolek that Kolek won't be at MU next year, and that's the first time Kolek realized he could leave after last season.

I agree that Shaka isn't going out of his way to recruit one and dones. But Shaka would be ecstatic to have every one of his players perform well enough to have a legitimate shot of being drafted early. And players leaving early isn't some moral failing.
