Well, the quote is actually "The person who follows the crowd will usually go no further than the crowd. The person who walks alone is likely to find himself in places no one has ever seen before."   And Stan quoted it mostly right (he said, "places no one has ever been").  No dying alone in the desert.   Perhaps meant as an encouragement to Nico to carve his own path?

Was back in Arizona

Sept 10 in Phoenix area, Sept 11 day in San Fran/Oakland Area, Sept 11 night + today back in Phoenix area.  Life of an assistant coach is tough. If Nico is the only one in the Phx area we are recruiting, Stan must still feel like we are in the game.

Would be nice to see the Wojo/Nico standard visit photoshoot. Doesn't seem like Wojo has been all-in on Nico like he has others (Grimes/Ellenson/Tillman) or it's all being kept very quiet.
