Offer to send him some NIL money directly, too.

Both work 60% of the time, every time are totally legal.

I've decided recruiting efforts are best left to the professionals. A like on post about about MU from the kid is about the maximum interaction he or I should want or need.

Maybe we'll call him Kam for 4 years if he comes here?

Great to see these players performing well.  Shaka has a keen eye for talent.  Hope he lands both of them.

Two guard spots to fill.  An elite shooter would be fun.

Less recruiting and more "current roster" but do we know when to expect Royce and Damarius to be on campus?
Assume what I say should be in teal if it doesn't pass the smell test for you.

I'm guessing mid May when the first summer school session starts. It's usually right after graduation
Bring back FFP!!!

Just need to upgrade the talent and we all know the only way to do that is through transfers! 🙄

Thanks for posting. Some great quotes in there, including wanting a coach who has proven he can develop talent (Hello!). And a handful of Scoopers surely will love him saying he's got a "great mid-range game."

But he is not the aircraft carrier that scoopers want.  8-)

I want him.

Love that he had a mid range game.  Will be harder to scout.

Damarius Owens didn't make the final roster for the Iverson Classic?

I see it's this weekend and didn't see anything mentioned.

There is the Iverson Classic and the Iverson classic showcase......which was held yesterday......that is the one Owens was supposed to be in.......no idea what happened in the game...... https://www.universe.com/events/iverson-classic-24k-showcase-and-iverson-games-tickets-MXC152

I mean, listen, we're talking about showcase. Not the Classic! Not the Classic! Not the Classic! We're talking about showcase. Not the Classic; not the Classic that I go out there and die for and play every Classic like it's my last. Not the Classic - we're talking about showcase, man. I mean, how silly is that?

Batemon continues to blow up

From Adam Finkelstein 247

Jamarion Batemon, Power 5 - Batemon is in the midst of a breakout spring, putting up big numbers and playing a featured role on a team winning big games on a national circuit. He's proving himself to be one of the best three-point shooters in 3SSB, which is somewhat counterintuitive at first because his release is unorthodox. But he's not only making shots, he's making tough shots, on the move, and in bunches. Beyond that he's long with a chiseled frame, quality motor, and an impactful defender

Juan Anderson's Mixtape

I wouldn't exactly call Batemon "chiseled." He's a bit thin and needs time in the weight room.

The rest of Finkelstein's scouting report I agree with.  The one thing he doesn't mention is ball handling, where I think Batemon needs a lot of work.

wadesworld

His shot is certainly unorthodox.  Looks like he works out with Haliburton.
