As much as it would be great to have him at MU, Baldwin should go to Duke.  Everything about his game screams Duke, and it'll be the best move for his NBA career.

Wasn't Baldwin quoted somewhat recently (like Jan/Feb) as saying he was interested in Marquette, but Marquette hadn't reached out in a while. Then like a week later he was on campus or offered, can't remember which. Not saying MU is in the hunt for Him, but just seems like a weird recruitment.

I think it was a misdemeanor possession charge and he ended up at Duquesne. It was a reason with good timing to cut ties.

I agree. Play for your Dad. Plus, I highly doubt Baldwin stays in Milwaukee, for Marquette. If he stays home, it's to play for Dad. However, my hunch, and nothing more than a hunch, is that Baldwin plays for Collins at Northwestern. His Dad played there, and was an assistant to Collins at Nwestrrn before taking the UWMke job.
