Hey jsglo , since Bruno Fernando is returning to HS should he be added to the 17-18 list and maybe Wojo can try again?

Really?  News to me.  Sure, if true.

Edit:  Wow.  Now can someone explain all this?

Jaron Blossomgame withdrawing from Draft. Anyone know if he is grad-eligible? I thought he was.
Assume what I say should be in teal if it doesn't pass the smell test for you.

Likely hasn't qualified academically.

Returning non-NBAers could be a fruitful market as has been discussed in a variety of forums.
Malik Newman pulled out of the draft, and potentially looking to transfer.  He'd have to sit out though.  MUDish might be able to get more info.

I don't think so - and All reports are that he plans to return to Clemson.

It appears he's taking a single class required to graduate (but did not already graduate).

So I'm assuming that he'll have 4 years eligibility, yes?

Yes. He could choose either one year at a prep school and retain all four years or two years at Juco and have two years remaining.

Okay, I've moved him and cleaned up the chart a little.  Look at all that beef on the target list for next year.  Some big boys.

HoopsterBC

Where do you find the target list?

Reason for transfer is he needs to up his NBA stock and won't get the playing time to do so at Kentucky. The guy didn't suddenly get homesick after three years in Lexington.

Per Zags, Hasahn French (2017, 6'7, MU offer) will visit St.Louis (June 12), Rutgers, and St.Johns this summer.

Would love to get the kid on campus as well

When I was a kid our butler was Belgian, not quite the same.  He was very handy to have around when it was time to order a keg in HS, though.
You actually have a degree from Marquette?

Quote from: muguru
No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.

So like when can we expect another commitment already, hey?

No basis other than gut but I think there's a real chance we get Joey.  But it'll depend on Sam's true impressions after a full year.  I'd be shocked if Joey made his mind up anytime soon, unless it's to somewhere else.

I'd be shocked if he made up his mind anytime soon, but I think if he did it'd be to Marquette.

He looks like a pretty legit 6'8 next to Jabari

I try not to get inside a teenager's mind too often, as that is a dark and scary place, but I agree it would make no sense for him to commit anywhere until after he knows 100% about Sam's MU experience.

That being said, isn't there a chance that even if Sam loves-loves-loves it at MU, Joey would go elsewhere just to have a different experience?

I was hardly a world-class athlete -- hell, I wasn't even a Ners-class athlete -- but I specifically chose to go to college far away from where my three older brothers did just to have a different experience. I didn't want to live close to home. That's why I wasn't even a little bitter at Joe Wolf's decision.
