Another question to be begged....if I was Hoopaloop, why would I bother yesterday to register under CBB?  Why not just continue under Hoopaloop?  Why put myself at risk?

Rocky, now I have a question for you.....your note says "possible range".  What exactly does that mean?  A lot of things are possible, sounds like it's taking a guess and not very definitive.  Does that mean when he was here if he tapped into my network it shows up one time as the same IP but never again?  Does that mean if I ever logged into the Bradley Center with my 3G over the last 4 or 5 years when I've gone to a few games and he (or anyone else) logs into the Bradley Center in the last few years that they overlap?  Does that mean if I log into the free wi-fiI at O-Hare, or MKE, or LAX, or any other airport over the years and your software captures Chicosbailbonds and associates that username with an IP but someone else goes through any of those airports and logs in on the same network it associates the IPs to them also?  I don't know the answer.... I'm merely asking because I don't know. If I were at LAX logging in and ners was at LAX at a different time (different month, different time, different year), would the same IP association occur?  Again, I don't know...that's why I am asking.  Or is that why your software says "possible range"?

Figured if every post was going to devolve into a Hoopaloop/chicos topic (my least favorite topic because, honestly, I don't give a sh*t who is who), I might as well bring in every other topic that pisses people off.

Can we just sticky a topic up top to talk about the hoop/cbb identity so it stops spilling into every friggin topic? As requested, I split this thread into a new one right at the point things went to complete hell.  The original topic probably still has some garbage in it, but this should be good enough.

Warthog hasn't been banned in the past year, and to finally answer some questions, neither was willie warrior.  Sometimes people (especially warthog randomly) seem to go on sabbatical...moreso when Marquette isn't playing any bball.

Chicos, I'll try to get back to you later this weekend (it's Friday night, no time to be doing 'scoop work), but the basic answer is, it's not just "possibly".  I have theorized many times that you do know the guy that owns the 'hoop' account, and he lets you use it.  At the very least, I do have proof that on at least 3 occasions you two (one of your aliases + hoop) have accessed scoop from the same IP address within minutes of each other.

And if you were both posting from an arena, I'd expect a few other names to come up.

Sorry, there may be 2 people, but something doesn't add up.
