That was a good decision, yet not implemented until last week.  I suspect most students who don't live within driving distance of MU already had their plane tickets bought.

Isn't like 70% of the student body essentially located in the stretch between Madison -> Milwaukee -> Chicago? That's an awful lot of drivable area. Even moreso if you include twin cities and northern WI.
