Makin homemade fish fry. Beer battered or just breaded?
TAMUI do know, Newsie is right on you knowing ball.
I'm a huge prime rib fan, Chili, but I think Costco has better meat than Sam's club. Better even than Byerly's, and a third of the price.
We have a a Costco opening up this month.
Went to Sams club on Saturday. They have ribeye for $9something a pound. Try finding prime rib for that price. I make some of the greatest prime rib on this planet. Observe. I had them do a six pound cut, tied. I cook mine on a Farberware indoor rotisserie. I season the meat with garlic powder, black pepper, and lawry’s. As the roast cooks, keep adding layers of the spice mix. When the roast is done, you will have a delightful crust of garlic. Cook till an internal temp of 125. Remove and tent with foil. Take drippings and add to a large sauce pan with Johnny’s Aujus concentrate. Slice prime rib, and place slices of prime rib in hot au jus for the heathens who likePrime Rib to taste like shoe leather. For the rest of us, skip the au jus. Rare prime rib; woooohooooo!
Needed a quick drive thru lunch today. Options were Wendy's or Arby's.This thread took me to Arby's.Got the Deep Fried Turkey Club, and god damnit I was satisfied. Nice bun, Turkey was think sliced, but still had some moisture and the bacon wasnt horrid fast food bacon. I even had a normal bowel movement afterwards.
Hide the children and small pets when she is in town.
The author -- who despises red delicious apples and calls their texture 'chalky' -- notes that mayonnaise is disgusting. He believes there to be a Great Mayonnaise Conspiracy.https://www.popsci.com/mayonnaise-disgust
Whatever you do, don't serve him any Waldorf salad!
Thoughts on apple picking? Fun, fall time activity, or overpriced waste of time in the cold?
Both
Agree - like pumpkin picking you can go commercial or nostalgic. if you have kids expect to spend more than you think and enjoy it. if you don't have kids put a little something extra in your lemonade and enjoy it.
Hay ride drinking apple pie. Yum, especially by a bon fire post. Sure sign NCAA basketball season starting.
Pie...we’re sure to hear from Keefe now.
I’m sure he’s scouring the internet for an appropriate response.
