Think I mentioned this on the last one of our numerous shooting threads. Our society is not equipped to Handle the level of irony poisoning and apathy the youth generation has from the seeds that we have sown economically and socially for them.

Bomb and shooting threats all over America the last two days for completely unrelated parties. It's only gonna get worse as we drive their economic and social opportunity into the crapper

I think 'sides' are so split it's almost silly to try to discuss and persuade. While I think many of you are batsh1t crazy, I appreciate those of you who love MU basketball and I'll focus on that. I don't need you to think the same as me (your loss - I'm Righteous). But, I do think celebrating / making jokes about someone who just got their neck blasted is disgusting and disgraceful.

Anyway, have a good weekend everyone and I look forward to your takes on MU as we enter this 2025-26 season (except the bad takes, which most of posts are).

Cried more today than I have in a long time. Granted, it was at the funeral of my high school buddy, but a stark reminder of some things. Best to all, Scoopers. I'm drained (pawz).

PS - had never heard of 'groyper' but first read it as 'gyroper' and thought it was for fanatics of a good gyro, which I'd be totally into. Oakland gyros and Marquette gyros were two favorites.

Wellsstreetwanderer, I am glad you are here and brought this up.  For those of us who don't usually pay attention to young, conservative influencers, can you help explain the nuance between Charlie Kirk and Nick Fuentes?  And why a (possible)Fuentes acolyte would deem it appropriate to shoot Charlie Kirk?  Thanks.
