Rico, we agree.

I know.

Quietly, Scottie sitting at -1 with an earlier tee time looks appealing.

I liked Brooks this week and he's in a similar spot

Scottie hit a 155 yard 5 iron today.   Because he understands.

Furue is more impressive than Koepka.   :)

Maybe Bryson will have a Claret Jug one day like Rory.

Maybe he'll have 2 Claret Jugs like your buddy Greg Norman.

Let's get him to match Rory first.

Hope for Bryson's sake, he doesn't have to live his post-golf life known as the biggest choker in the history of the sport like Greg.

Shane on 10.  What is it with Irish players and 4 foot left to right putts?    Shane, Rory, me.

Whoof.   I thought missing a 4 foot putt was bad.    11 is a bit of a clown show.

Bryson could make the cut by shooting even.    Nobody is lower than 68 so far today.

That should get it done.  Data golf has +6 as the cut line with guys in at +5 locks for the weekend.

Believe he or anyone around the number probably needs to make it to 12 around that number.  Finishing holes should have a helping wind

Some disasters out there today.

How is it that Target isn't sponsoring the aiming point graphic for tee shots?

Daniel Brown managed his angels and demons for another day.

Looks like Rory's going to have to change his phone number again.

Great round from Rahm.  Watching him work the golf ball is a delight.  Full arsenal golfer

Tiger might have trouble making cuts these days, but he can still deliver the occasional zinger. He had a good one in response to Monty saying Tiger should retire.

"As a past (Open) champion, I'm exempt until I'm 60. Colin's not. He's not a past champion, so he's not exempt. So he doesn't get the opportunity to make that decision. I do."

Again, it was a good zinger by Tiger ... but it doesn't mean Monty was wrong.

Has Lowry lost weight?  I just saw a quick highlight.

Question for Shane...would you say you are a good frontrunner?

I wouldn't say I'm a good runner.

Plus, Rahm and I played after he played with roqqqet and he asked how Marquette still has accreditation

Weather is down early and scoring is much better.  Course is playing like it normally does with the prevailing winds making the back 9 much harder, a reversal of the first two days.

Guys at +2 through even have a chance to post a number and see what happens.  They'll get some of the expected rain but not a full day of it.

Shane Bacon suggests a month of links golf on tour which would be awesome but no way the pros ever spend a month playing links golf.  Two weeks and some of these guys need strait jackets
