Yeah, I probably should have gone with a higher personal praise, I'm just always pretty guarded about saying how great of a guy a pro athlete is when I don't actually know them. By all accounts Dillon is a great dude.

And married into a nice, local family of some wealth from the area.

He doesn't seem like a decent guy, he's actually a great dude.  Great with fans and very personable.

I think a lot of his tires got used in college, and Jones was always the better fit for the scheme.

Great blocker, and decent receiver out of the backfield.

He averaged 25 carries a game for 3 years (35ish games) at BC.  Thats an INSANE amount of usage.  Derrick Henry averaged just over 20 the last 3-4 years in the NFL and he had a crazy amount of usage in comparison to most NFL RBs and the Titans were ready to call him toast.

that was the knock on him when he was drafted. The idea was he'd be an ideal low volume short yardage back. But he never really was able to fulfill that role. In fact for some reason he seemed to be worse in that role (yards after contact and conversion of X and inches/goalline) than the smaller Aaron Jones. Again, just kinda a bummer it didn't work out.

We'll always have gym bros thirsting over those quads tho. Pour one out for quadzilla.

Dillon was decent. Jones was much better. The difference in the Pack's offense when Jones was healthy was significant.

Hoping only getting fgs on those first drives don't totally bite us. Bummer to be down.

Reed is a game changer.

That's what Mel Tucker told him when we were on his official visit to MSU.
