Just watched season 2 finale of Reservation Dogs. Excellent episode, great job wrapping up the prevailing story arc. It will be interesting to see where they go for season 3.

I watched The Redeem Team on Netflix.  They discussed Wade but I thought he should have been highlighted more frankly. He was the clearly the best player on that team, coming off the bench, after returning from a serious injury.

James did a lot of the dirty work but Wade was the best player on that team.

Did Wades hijack your account? Wade was not a better player than James.

I haven't been able to get into this season of the Great British Baking Show. I think this is one of their better season's as far as competitor personalities, but the bakes haven't been that exciting.

Mexican Week was basically, "Paul Hollywood went to Mexico recently," but he didn't seem to understand the intricacies. Tacos as a technical was kind of lame and tiering Tres Leches cakes.

The show stopper in the previous episode wasn't very good either.

Season 5 of Cobra Kai snuck up on me. Didn't know it was out till I heard about it today. Will have to start watching one of my guilty pleasures.

I submit that from 2005-2008 Wade was the best all around player in the NBA. Would have won 2 rings but for the 2005 injury.
Best player on the Olympic team and top scorer despite Coach K's refusal to start him.

I love Wade, but not even close. James, Duncan, Bryant all clearly better.

Watch the replays of some of those Olympic games and tell me that at that time Bryant was better than Wade. Wade would come into the game with the team behind and 5 minutes later they would be up by 10 points. Defensively -absolutely no comparison.

Wade was clearly the best player on that 2008 team.  They would have lost by 15+ if they didn't have him vs Spain.

Wade only had three healthy seasons.  He would have  won in 2005 if not for his injury and Lebron didn't show up in 2011.

My reply was to your statement that Wade was the best player in the League from 2005-2008.

Miami was up three games to two on a good  Piston team  with game six at home when Wade got hurt. Pistons went on to lose the championship in seven to the Spurs. The following year Riley took over as coach and the Heat were still 10-1 to win the championship- that might've been the easiest money ever made in the history of sports betting

Kobe was much less efficient than Wade in the prime of their careers.

Handmaid's Tale. Though it's even darker than ever this season.

Oh wait ... sorry ... I thought this was the "What are you watching" thread. Never mind.

Absolutely not. You tipped me off to a show I wasn't aware of that sounds interesting. Kudo's to you.

I've been involved with a thread-jacking conversation or two during my time as a Scooper, too. No biggie. Was just having some fun.

Okay. It's absolutely worth watching and I hope you enjoy it.  But let me just say this:  Durability and longevity are components of how great a player is/was.  I am not arguing Wade was better than Kobe or Lebron.  Nevertheless, your point that Dwyane was the best player from 2005-2008 shouldn't be brushed aside. I think it would behoove people to watch Wade during this period and come to their own conclusions.  I will admit I'm crazy biased but I don't think the stats or video is lying.

I also loved the reactions of the Spanish coach at the end of their bench when Wade was annihilating that team.  As the doc does point out, Lebron and Kobe got 2 fouls very early in the game.  Had it not been for Dwyane the USA team likely gets blown out and I'm not bring hyperbolic.  Wade couldn't be guarded when he was 90% healthy.  Too much quickness, change of speed, power, and unflappability.  He was 6'4 225 but moved like a 6'0 burner.

I just watched the show.  They did more than just discuss Wade, he had as much interview airtime as Lebron and Kobe, AND he was an Executive Producer of the show along with Lebron.

Thought it was a pretty good show, especially how Kobe was thought of prior to joining the Olympic squad and his turn around after joining.  Coach K did a nice job bringing the team together.  They have not lost since.
