USM fan or MUHS?

MUHS.  But my daughter has friends/former teammates from her co-ed club hockey days who play for both, so always entertaining.

You?

My son played at USM and is now the goalie coach. The boys ended up with a big win. In OT. All of our kids played hockey and always enjoyed the games with MUHS. I wish I had stayed for the whole game but I was not dressed properly. Plus I am west side guy and had a drive to get home to catch the end of the MU game.

Tums Festival

Marquette basketball is about as enjoyable as explosive diarrhea right now.

Awesome.  I've spent a lot of time in that USM rink over the years, and it's one of the coldest ones around.  But not nearly as cold as being outside tonight ;D

At least the Cubs have 2016. What's Wojo's 2016?

He hasn't had the opportunity to have 100+ years of losing yet. Although at this rate.... :-\

idk banned i think

This board is for mostly the die hards of this program.  If we're disinterested, imagine the casual MU fan, or bandwagon MU backer.  MU needs their interest too. We're not a 40,000 undergrad enrollment state school. They didn't know there was a game tonight.

We'll be about as relevant to the WI and Milwaukee sports scene as UWM if Lovell and Scholl don't pull the plug on this guy soon.

I'd take explosive diarrhea everyday for the rest of my life over one more game with Wojo as MU's head basketball coach.  When we lose to DePaul again I might literally lose my crap.

The lack of fans definitely makes it less enjoyable.
That's on Wojo. I hate him.

I wouldn't still be here if I didn't care. Just because it's hard to watch doesn't mean I can or will stop watching.

Like many of you, I am losing interest real fast.  The last several years at least we had a player in Markus that made every game must-watch.  Now...who do you all tune in to see play?  Theo? One Carton play each game?

avid1010

I don't know that I'll watch another game.  I've been a season ticket holder since birth.  I met Al 10-15 times as a kid, attended practices when TC and Buzz were at MU, received a grad degree from MU, etc.  The only thing keeping me watching is I like the players and staff as people.  They are really good representatives of the university, and maybe that along with Wojo's mediocre success should be good enough, but I'm having a hard time wanting to delay what I have come to believe is inevitable.  I TRULY hope I'm wrong, but I also hope I don't have to sit through 3-4 more years of this.  Both parties should move on.  I'll enjoy watching a new coach try to build a program more than I will watching Wojo sustain these results.

Dammit, I can't stop. I almost wish I could.

Clearly we care or why are we watching games and visiting MUScoop?
Much better ways to use our time than for things we don't even care about.

We care about #mubb. We don't care about watching a Wojo coached team anymore.

That's where I am. It's getting hard to watch and I'll admit that recently I've been looking at my phone as much or more than the game I'm "watching." I watch out of habit. In the past, I'd only skip a game for a serious conflict and I'd carefully avoid seeing a score so I could watch it later without knowing the ending. At this point, I suspect that if a game conflicts with something else even remotely interesting, I'll skip the game and will probably either zoom through it on DVR or check the final score and decide if I want to watch (and probably still zoom through it if I do decide to watch).
