 Bump.

Here's to you, Patrick.

Ronda and I texted earlier this month. Rest assured, we both agreed, ND still sucks.

Rest easy brother. The UB has your back.

RIP, BD. He never brought weak tea to the board.

RIP.  Always great insider knowledge that I appreciated.

I was patiently waiting for the Quentin Grimes story, but I don't think I ever saw or heard it anywhere.

I was just reading old PM’s from BD over the weekend and was thinking I had wished I had met him in person. He sure sounded like he was a wonderful man.

He would have been a fine MS add.

Really sorry to hear this. He was a great source of Marquette info, and from my limited crossover with him--a really nice person. He seemed to notice the small things, from a random pm sending condolences to giving me hole in the wall suggestions for a good spot to eat in the middle of coastal Alabama (named Big Daddy's...), he gave this board a nice community feel.

Missed his presence for a while now on Scoop. He will be greatly missed.

For someone I didn't even meet face-to-face, this one still hits a bit hard (admittedly already in a weird place as the 19th was also my mom's bday). I probably can't say any better than what I already said above, but what a heck of a guy who cared a lot about Marquette and the people that loved it, even if you were a complete stranger.

Also, including the link to Big Daddy's Grill in Fairhope he told me about--if you ever get down there, the fried crab claws are damn good. Still haven't figured out the connection outside of his screename, but always thought there was something there https://www.bigdaddysgrill.net/
Assume what I say should be in teal if it doesn't pass the smell test for you.
