Phenomenal, congrats to Sacar. Way to use the scholarship for everything it's worth.

Love it when these kids use the system instead of them getting used by the system.

Way to go Sacar!

A very good kid. Congrats Sacar . You earned it.

GooooMarquette

Congratulations Sacar! Very well deserved.

Your outstanding efforts both on and off the court will be missed.

An example of working hard to get better on the court and in life.   A role model for others.  Congratulations, young man.

Has there ever been a men's b-ball players that earned both a Bachelors and Masters at Marquette?

Lennys Tap

Talk about maximizing the value of a scholarship! Well done, #2!

The Big East

In addition to the outstanding personal achievement for Sacar, this is a big win for the program in general.

On the recruiting trail, Sacar can be held out as a kid who bought into the coaching staff, willingly sat a year , then became a three year starter and topped it off with a marketable graduate degree.

Sacar will likely have an opportunity overseas if he wants to continue playing basketball. However, he can step into a nice entry level Corporate Career path with his degree as well. I think his story will sell well with a lot of parents.

The Sacar Anim Story is a great one for Marquette athletics ... and mostly for him.

Hard work, perseverance, dedication, all the rest. Love it!

That's a good question.  Otule was here for six seasons.  Did he finish his graduate degree?

Impressive accomplishment, represents the program very well, a reason to renew season tickets.  Congratulations!
