I was in Belo Horizonte for work and our Brazilian coworkers took us to out to what they said is the best Brazilian Steakhouse - it was Fogo de Chão. Granted the meats are different in some cases (like grilled chicken hearts - they're fantastic) but I tend to believe them in what they know.

We were all shocked that it was the best but the food was great.

Surprising, but maybe not. I've been to three: Rosemont, Houston and SF. Rosemont and SF was trash, Houston was really good.

Staying at the Venetian, no car, and we would be looking for quality and  variety, and no nudie bars 😂

My recommendation would be The Buffet at The Bellagio. You can walk there from your hotel.

Look,  if you want the best buffet that isn't a strip club go to Ceasars Palace and go to the Bacchanal Buffet.

Went there a few months ago. Amazing.

Be prepared for an hour and a half long wait.  Any food you could want, drinks included, and will cost about $60-70 a person

I'm going to Vegas next month. I want to eat at 1 buffet only.  Which one would you recommend?

Checkout the Herringbone at the Aria for their weekend brunch.  Half buffet/half unlimited order off a menu items.  The buffet is a bit smaller than they typical Vegas experience, but it is higher quality.  You'll be thankful to have a reservation here and go right in as you see the many other buffet places with people waiting in long lines to eat.  There are also a few unlimited drink options as well.

The Wicked Spoon. Hands down. A buddy of mine hosted his rehearsal dinner there a year ago. Pricey but well worth it.

Bullsh1t. Clifford's Friday Fish Fry. All you can eat beer battered perch and cod, fries, slaw. $1.49.

PBR tappers $0.25.

We used to caravan down there for their Fish Fry.  We had an iron-clad rule: 20 piece minimum per man. With 15 guys each choking down at least 20 pieces of fish I have to think they really didn't like us as customers.

The best buffet imo is the cravings buffet at the mirage. There is nothing the buffet doesn't have and it includes king crab legs. I think its $40 a person but that includes endless beer, wine and soda. Usually have a season beer on tap along with Bud light. When I was there last time they had Goose Island IPA and I just say there for 2 hours. A goose island at the bar is $14
