What Are You Watching in 2019 (or re-watching)???

Another show coming back to IFC this spring is Brockmire.....only show I've watched in the last 5 years that had me laughing tears at some point, and it pulled it off multiple times. Haven't watched Schitt's Creek though so I'll have to check it out.

To me, Schitts Creek is just a time killer. OK but nothing special.

Brockmire is an outstanding show. Highly recommend it. My wife is a peripheral sports fan and still loved it.

Quasi related to saving money from your ISP, any of you cats use the program Trim?

It's esentially a bot that you link to your different services like cable (it works for me on Comcast), and it "negotiates" for you via online chat with your ISP when your WiFi or cable goes out.

So just last month, it negotiated me $32 in savings because my WiFi was in and out for a day.  They take 25% of the savings, and you keep the rest usually via a bill credit.

finished the last season of the americans.  was ok.  series definitely trailed off, but I suppose so did the USSR during the late 80s, so...

Would love to see a spin off with Stan undercover with the biker gang.

first 3 seasons-excellent, season 4-good/excellent, then started to trail off.  keri russell worth the watch alone.  if i were in the way of the russians, keri russell lures me in first episode and i'm done-what a way to go though, eyn'a?  new meaning to downward facing dog   the ending, just as ozark was a fizzle imho.  both definitely worth the watch though

i thought stan character and "john-boy" as frank gaad(god,really?) were mis-cast.  noah emmerich was kinda douchy.  so many others coulda done better, but probably a money thing

Americans noticeably trailed off the last two seasons. I think they did a poor job of developing characters with both kids and Stan. Sometimes these series are better to be two or three seasons then extending them longer, but what are you going to do?

Good news is Season 4 of Fargo is apparently going to be airing in 2020.  With Chris Rock as the lead?  Well OK.  I was skeptical of Ted Danson in Season 2, but his character was awesome.

What I found odd is they kept saying how charismatic Billy is. He's not very handsome, and his personality came off as dull. The only gifts he seems to have are being a good liar and having a good imagination. Regardless he is disgusting person, thankfully he is in prison getting his due.
