Wow, sorry; I didn't realize I needed the teal on this.

On the NM thread, it is cheddar.

Our future selves will look to this moment as the beginning of the end; a thread about nothing was deemed unworthy.

This thread clearly belongs on the main board because NM was clearly a hint to start a thread about Oluoma NnaMaka.

I think we can blame Hermie.  The post was deleted as it should have been.

No it's not.  But it does make you forget all that stuff and focus on that somewhat uncomfortable dull ache in your gut.

I’m sorry... but waiting for 83 pages to move the thread?!?   Unless the mods are turning over a new leaf, this is a highly questionable move.

Seriously, Chico’s keeps coming back with new avatars, and we all know the IP detection tools are included with Scoop, yet the slowest whistle ever comes down on the epic 83-page NM thread?

Now I know how Louisville feels.
Wow, I'm very concerned for Benny.  Being able to mimic Myron Medcalf's writing so closely implies an oncoming case of dementia.

Just finished my first batch of oak barrel aged manhattans. Nummy. Pairs well with Arby's.

Turned out to be pretty straight forward. Bought a high quality barrel, with a level 3 char.  Used a not-fancy bourbon, sweet vermouth, orange bitters....for fun added a small amount of Patron Cafe for coffee notes and some Grand Marnier for a deeper orange note.  Barrel is 5 liters, so it oaks and mellows pretty quick...in about two weeks.

The Lake Elmo Inn specializes in barrel aged Manhattans. Just awesome.  Gotta say, my first batch was on par.

Moving this thread now? This is a classic thread.

The Mods have gotten a bit to full of themselves. This is a death sentence for the NM thread.
