Did three slabs of ribs tonight. Used Famous Dave's recipe:

Slather the ribs in bacon grease, then coat in yellow mustard.  Cover in rub and let sit for 7 hours. 

Pro tip....stop at Nueske's in Wittenburg and get a bag of applewood smoked bacon pieces.  It's a couple of buck s off per pound.

I kinda enjoy the April (and sometimes May) blizzards around here. People freak out, but in a few days it melts and suddenly spring is here.

Awesome here in RST after two big snowfalls in the last week...

Have had them down here for awhile. Pretty solid for a chain bakery. Most local mom and pop shops are better IMHO.
