Every night is an Arby's night.

Odd, there's always some guy who has eaten at McDonalds for 90 days or Big Macs or whatever.  No Arby's guy, though.

I hereby issue the 1000 day Beef and Cheddar Challenge.

You feeling okay?

Just lazy. I can grill in my sleep (don't try this at home!), so we'll probably do the salmon and chicken thing.

Now what to have on the side....

I'd recommend the Curly Fries.

You should keep frozen sliders on hand for a crisis like this.

The most important thing is getting the right firmness.

My boss went with a Purple mattress .. likes it.  https://purple.com/

We bought a Verlo 5-6 years ago.  The industry seemed to be pushing one-sided mattresses.  If I did it over again, I'd find the 2-sided, enabling flipping.

This is also a good time to talk about my favorite invention of all time: The Bedfan.

It's better than Beef n Cheddars in bed, which is saying something.

If ya got the coin, Sleep Number is hard to beat.
Wow, I'm very concerned for Benny.  Being able to mimic Myron Medcalf's writing so closely implies an oncoming case of dementia.

I've had nothing but bad sleep on Sleep Number. FWIW, I have no idea what my ideal number is.

Lisa was the name of my girlfriend for several years before my wife and I started dating. Think she'd object if I asked if she wanted to sleep on top of Leesa together?

Anyone into CoQ10?

I have considered it (mostly to see if it helps my slightly elevated BP), but haven’t gotten around to it yet.

Best evidence is improvement of congestive heart failure, but there is also evidence of lowering BP, slowing the symptoms of early Parkinson’s, and helping with migraines.

It’s generally quite safe, so I’ve pondered seeing if it helps my BP.
