Nice.

Speaking of which, I found out that they will not be imploding McCormick.  Per Father Wild, they will be methodically taking it down floor by floor.  Missed fundraising opportunity, if you ask me.
Have some patience, FFS.

I'm sure there's a literary term for it, but nice callout of McCormick in a blended reference to the last two subtopics (failed implosions and 69).

Wow, I'm very concerned for Benny.  Being able to mimic Myron Medcalf's writing so closely implies an oncoming case of dementia.

I see we are on page 69 of this thread.

Does that make this thread a #legend?

I have 35 in the elongated pagination option... lots of nm'ing to do in the time machine

Is the earth flat?

Which parts?

Driving through Nebraska on I-80 - definitely flat.  My back yard when it's time to cut the grass - definitely not.

Didn't realize he was a Richie Cunningham wannabe.

When it gets right down to it, aren't we all?

I was more of a Jenny Piccolo wannabe.

Wouldn't 69 go more with explosions (or failures thereof)?

TIME named "the Silence Breakers" (those who spoke out about being subject to sexual assault) as Person of the Year.

Good choice!

Any other drone pilots out there?

I'm working on a project to fly my Hubsan H501a to Arby's for beef and cheddar pickups.

Benny B

What are the ranges on mid-level, consumer-grade drones these days?  My nearest Arby's is ~2.5 miles away ATCF.

1. With some antenna mods, mine can go about a mile away.

2. You need to move closer to Arby's.  I'm 586 yards from the Beef and Cheddars.

Sounds like you're gonna have to go for a high-end model.

I'm special ordering a new drone with a two chambered tank for Arbys and Horsey sauce.

Do you have a bio-fuel converter from Keefe in that drone too?

Question for those looking at drone-Arby's solutions:  Have you considered varying wind conditions when calculating range?  How about the added weight of insulated delivery bags to ensure the order arrives hot?

They have the meat...but will it get to you?
