Mamajuana is a concoction of native roots, rum, red wine and honey. 

It's somewhat analogous to tequila.  You can do a shot of bad tequila, and swear it off for life, or have some really good stuff and become a fan. 

Too much tequila or too much mama can both lead to triplets.

Really?  I had no clue that Viagra caused a woman's ovaries to spit out 3 eggs at once, or caused a zygote to split into three embryos.
