I like the look of his game, nice looking jump shot, good and willing passer.

But I can't see it. 5'10. He has only shot over 41% from the field once in four years at a significantly lower level. Feels like a 15 MPG guy to me. I can't see them playing two guys under 6'0 together for more than a few minues, so he's basically going to be Nigel's backup.

I really like the signing. We need a backup PG and some guard depth.

I think what he meant was( correct me if I'm wrong ) he doesn't see him as a 6th man and playing lots of minutes along side Nigel.

Time will tell but he can like the signing as a back up to Nigel and not see it being much more than that.

This is my take as well. I don't see Porter and NJ playing a lot of minutes together and I don't see NJ playing less than 30 minutes a game.

Shaka likes having two ball handlers on the floor at a time. Most of the time it will be NJ/Nolan. This lets NJ come out and still have 2 ball handlers.

In his top 8, but he's set up visits to the other 7 schools.  He visited MU last season, so I'm guessing he only gets another visit to MU if he commits.  That seems to be Shaka's M.O.

My gut says landing any of these PGs will be difficult now that Nigel has an additional year of eligibility.  That's possibly three years of backing up Nigel.
