Obviously he reads scoop because he wrote "blessed to receive a Division 1 offer from Marquette University". At least our recruits don't claim that we are not a D 1 team like a few scoopers do.

Why would you recruit Wisconsin? MU obviously has no home court advantage for recruits in state. Besides, MU couldn't land any players out of Wisconsin who were better than the guys on the roster last year.

Spots 14 and 15 might become low major caliber recruits that are mostly practice players.  Every once in a while, you might get lucky and get more than that.

Someone like Nolan Minessale may have been recruited for such a spot in the past, and would represent a best case scenario.

...so, give up? Recruiting nationally hasn't exactly resulted in winning of late. Work it w/HS coaches, AAU coaches, players etc in-state too. Or not. Sub .500 since 01/25. But hey, those out of staters CH and Clark have improved, Owens is healthy.
