Harvey wouldn't be too bad if he's over the injuries.

I don't know anything about the other guy.

I agree with this analysis.

I watched, barely got off the bench.  As it is nice to play for a national championship, you have to play to gain experience.  Scored 1 point, not elite.  Then again how
can you tell.  I am sure he is not in the same ball game as Torrence.  Torrence is playing, Beekman is not.  But there was alot of talent on the 2 teams that were in the
finals.  Villanova is getting a stud, small forward that was very impressive.  Also, Stewart who is going to Washington will be a load in that conference.  Lots of good
players who played,  Nicolet was good, but not in the same league.

I think you are talking about Polk, not Beekman.

Was about to say the same. Beekman averaged a triple-double this year (21/10/10) for his high school in Louisiana. They won their third straight Division 1 Louisiana state championship, went 35-2 on the season, and are ranked #31 nationally by MaxPreps. Beekman was named MVP in the Final after scoring 28 points. He's definitely a stud.

To be fair, LaLu whole starting lineup besides their PG is all seniors, he will definitely start next year

Polk plays for lalu not beekman.  Tge game i saw polk was 7-8th man n essentially did nothing.  A D1 player for sure but not at all a contributor til junior senior year.
Beekman from what ive seen is a mych better player.  Polk a 2 , beekman a 1

Herman has been a big fan of signing Polk.  Honestly ive seen nothing that stands out. As i said i think hes a D1 kid but not sure hes ever a starter at MU unless he improves by leaps n bounds from where he is today. Lalu struggles with their guard play all year, there was ample opportunity. Lalus strength was in tgeir frontcourt.

My preference has been for us to sign Polk and Beekman as a package. My projection on Polk is that he will grow physically.  The junior year at LaLu has been good for him.

Is Wojo still recruiting? I thought he was going to VTech or UCLA.

Not sure what to make of this. There's been no real indications that we should be considered one of the favorites here, unfortunately.

I think we can at least eliminate UCLA to get it down to 9 schools. I have a feeling the west cost schools like Gonzaga or Washington will be tough to beat here.

Clearly he was waiting to see that Wojo didn't get the Va Tech job.
Now that it's gonna be Mike Young, Julian feels comfortable committing to Marquette.

Interesting. We were one of his 5 official visits along with Florida, Florida St, Washington, and Gonzaga. I believe he was here for the Badger game so if nothing else it was the best game atmosphere we could show him. That being said, I'd assume it's one of Washington or Gonzaga.

Maybe that is where Wojo was at in Vegas when the weak rumor about him going to UNLV started?
