That's correct.  TC also lived in Knightsbridge before Stonefields.  So, the HC has moved from Knightsbridge to Stonefields to Saddlebrook Park.  Upward mobility at its best.

Buzz could have easily afforded this house and still have plenty of money to give to charity. He earned his money honestly; he had every ethical and moral right to spend it in the way he saw fit.

I know it is just me, so give me heck, but I believe in consuming less, rejecting materialism, that the more stuff you have leads to more complication, that leads to less happiness and less focus on what makes one happy.  I live way under our means and avoid conspicuous consumption.  It is the Jesuit/Buddhist principals that I follow and for other societal reasons in a culture where kids will kill someone over a pair of shoes.

I do find it odd, that people that act like good Christians and profess to  be good Christians, can freely spend a lot of $ on themselves for many reasons.  It seems incompatible to me.  Worse, is when they say and act like their good fortune is proof that God loves them or has "blessed" them, etc.  

So, I am disappointed to see how Bazz lived.  I just don't understand how living like that can be compatible with his professed beliefs.

Done with my rant for the day.  However, I do agree with the above that the place is very ugly with a LOT of odd angles. Good luck getting over 2M for that thing.

Obviously money doesn't equate with taste but what other people do with their money is no affair of mine.
My guess is that part of the decision to buy a place like that is the desire for some privacy.

Exactly. For a couple years I split time between HK and London. My office was in Knightsbridge but we lived in Hampshire. Knightsbridge is a nice area but it was nice to live outside of London.

Sure, there is likely some staging in the house but what of the rug in the foyer?
What of the random mustard green wall paint with a steel grey living room?
What of, basically, the entire office with two toned drapery, a gold chair, and a love seat presumably made of Buzz' former "Al's Day" jackets?

I'm not "just being a hater" as you suggest. I truly feel it is decorated in an awful manner whether it is all Williams, all the stager, or a combination of both. If my brother owned this house, I'd tell him it was awful.
