Unless this is a subterfuge to get Shaka's asking price down......

Well, anyone who said he was coming to MU will never have any credibility.

Well I think IWB should probably shut his site down now and give all of his paid subscribers a refund for the month.

Probably the best thing for my health at this point. Looking forward to the new hire. I trust that Marquette will make the right decision.

Parrish and Goodman are in the big leagues.  Probably 100% accurate.  Good try MU.

No harm in reaching out to Smart. But all this drawn-out nonsense was needless. If you have to beg someone to take the job, they ain't the right fit.

I'm afraid they lost Howland during this week's craziness.

An inept bunch of Bozos. And Shaka Smart is obviously a huge prima donna. Why do teams waste their time with Shaka Con?

Not sure. Guy's obviously only looking out for himself. Wouldn't trust him in the future.

Why, is he going to be announced as someone's coach tomorrow?

Right, a prima donna who just turned down an annual salary increase of more than $2 million to stay with a university he and his family loves.
