Murray and Hamilton are both gone unless they have COVID years.

I think next year is gonna be tough unless they hit the portal hard. Like, wrong side of the bubble tough.

Neither celebrated senior day though, maybe they're really into being in college?

just saw MU's LinkedIn post that Murray announced she decided to stay at MU next fall as an MBA student. That's big, bring back Hamilton and a couple transfers could make for a better team.

Seeing a lot of WVB content out so checked out the roster. Looks like Hamilton's back along as well.

Not college related, but...

The Bay to Bay club director is pretty popular on social media and put out a video yesterday basically crying because AAU put a new rule in place that only allows kids to play for their own region or a neighboring region, and she made it about a kid who played for her 17s team that won Nationals this past July who now can't play with the team.

Well, turns out that it was not going to be just that one setter (who apparently lives somewhere that does not have competitive boys teams around him, so I do feel for him in this situation)...it was three other kids from the U19 National Team that Bay to Bay recruited to join them at 18s after having won Nationals at 17s.  Including a kid from Milwaukee, who is the top rising junior recruit in the country, played up a year on Milwaukee Sting 17s and that Sting 17s team lost to Bay to Bay in the semifinals in 3.  Bay to Bay was offering to pay for him to fly back and forth from Milwaukee to play for them, as well as a kid from Arizona and a kid from San Diego.

I say good on AAU for stopping that.  Those kids weren't about "giving a kid an opportunity to play competitively."  Those kids had competitive teams in their areas, clearly.  The kid who was already on that team who legitimately doesn't have competitive teams around him is the real loser, but my goodness was that a ridiculous move by Bay to Bay.

Now they'll pay for the kid to just move.

Can’t schedule like a team who’s trying to host the first 2 rounds and then lose to Western Michigan.

Fk.  We need a few players that can thwack those spikes with tremendous power and precision.
