This might explain why he missed some of the Scion games.

big question is if its a repair or meniscectomy, huge difference in recovery time... repair being the longer

Agree, not a huge deal then, sounds like a menisectomy, just pain, swelling, etc.  post.

I'd have him sit until the pajama jammy anyway.

As long as it doesn't have a rubber sole, I think you are good.

Plus, you get into the VIP area automatically if you are in a wheelchair. Not many people know that.

I was back fighting fires 17 days after I got mine done.   But it didn't feel completely pain free for almost a year.

Amazed at how well people are taking this news. Other programs would look at Steve Taylor and Todd Mayo having surgery, not to mention Vander's early departure from MU.. and be singing 'woe is me'. I think the unbelievable amount of injuries and other odd happenings for this program over the past several years has built up a tolerance to bad news for a lot of people. Which is good in many ways.

Best wishes for Todd in his recovery and also to ZFB who is considering surgery this fall as well (sequential hermaphrodite).
Thanks for ruining summer, Canada.

I think it is also a reflection of the confidence many of us have. This is going to be a DEEP team.
I would take the Rick SLU program right now.

Scoop as a population has failed for not overhearing a Buzz/Mayo conversation outside of the Al about his knee.
Assume what I say should be in teal if it doesn't pass the smell test for you.

Buzz did give him a slap of five on the way into the OR.
