How is that team even ranked, let alone as high as 19? They started the week 8-3 and their best wins are Michigan (N), Yale (H), and Duquesne (H). Ick. A 2OT loss to a mediocre MSU team and double-digit losses to Gonzaga and UCLA don't impress me either.

They started the season ranked #4, and while they took two early losses, neither Michigan State nor Gonzaga away from home are drop you from 4 to unranked losses. They fell 15, and despite winning ticked slowly downward thanks to less than impressive wins. They will be out tomorrow.

Gary Parrish doesn't have us in and he's usually MU favorable, it doesn't take much from #mubb to get on his radar (probably some C-USA memories in his subconscious).  He does  mention us as a candidate for the 26th spot.

He has X 14 and UConn 3.  I think both of those are very fair.

Passed all 4 of the definitely pass, only passed 1 of the maybes (West Virginia). Got jumped by LSU and Kansas State so we only moved from ORV10 to ORV7. Beating SJU and Georgetown this week won't impress anyone so we will need a lot of help to get ranked before the UConn matchup.
