For some reason I thought Lazaretti was from MA.
Both Kerry and Vic played at Creighton Prep--state champs in '81-'82. Should have won again in '82-'83--actually a better team. Played for Brother Mike Wilmot who a few years later joined Majerus staff for a year. I believe Vic transferred to Loyola Marymount after 2 years.

What the hell is this?? Is that a combination of Nick Cage and Hillary Clinton?? Priceless

Don't want any part of a moist Cage or Clinton. F*ckin', on the other hand, would most likely, hit both.

Looking forward to attending many MU/Creighton games with two Creighton Prep/MU grads from Kerry and Vic's class - one of whom returned to and still lives in Omaha.  Omaha is a great place to visit-lively music and bar scene and plenty of excellent restaurants; plus, so easy to get around.  And, to generalize, Creighton grads are really great people.

I'll have to convince Mrs. Legs that Omaha on New Year's Eve is a worthy destination this year!

And if only we could have kept Lloyd Moore and Vic together (and Paul Newman) with KTrotter...

Nice little package- really wanted to make it to omaha for the game this year, not gonna happen now though- the link should be poppin for that game though!!
Funny... this announcement made me want to go to Omaha when I hadn't previously cared to.

GOO

Anyone remember our first BE game at home against Novak... I mean Marquette.  That was one juiced atmosphere and UConn didn't know what hit them.  I hope Buzz shows our team that video.

I hope we are ready because Omaha and Creighton will be pumped.  Tough, tough first game.  Have to love it!

Hmm, the three "new" schools - Butler, Xavier and Creighton - all open the BE season with home games. Hope they get sell-outs!

I think that's partially because those 3 schools can guarantee scheduling in their own arena.  I'm actually suprised Georgetown announced a home game this far out, since NBA and NHL schedules haven't been released yet.  St. Johns can't be at home because the band Phish usually has MSG booked for NYE.

Dying will do that to anyone.

Didn't slow down George burns.

Jerry Lewis either, for that matter. That mofo has been dead for 10 years. No one notices.

Not in France. He's a God in the land of Johnny Hallyday.
