The camera frame really sets it up for the hilarious slam out of nowhere. What's he so pissed about? It's women's basketball.

He seemed to be saying the Lady Badgers' coach works the refs as well as Bo Ryan.  Got to be frustrating when you can beat Wisconsin while coach of UWGB but not as coach of Michigan.
