Laugh all you want, but I am so very happy that Trump has settled yet another war, this time between the NCAA and the athletes. The part about attorneys saying they are confident that judges would find it "unconstitutional and unenforceable if challenged in court" was hilarious. Since when has that stupid document-the constitution-stopped our fearless leader? Next, cap their paychecks at a max of $12,000 per year. That's plenty of spending money for a college student.
