Those words were in the context of there being no chance of ZERO gun deaths. ZERO. Not 'well, the level we have is fine'.. or 'whatever, yeah, great people will die it's cool'.. it was.. 'I don't think getting to zero gun deaths is possible. That's unfortunate.'
