Things aren't going well for the Clippers, Ballmer, or Kawhi.  And the longer they continue to deny this, the worse it's gonna get.  I think Silver has more than enough info from Torre's investigation to immediately act.  This thing stinks to high heaven.

It's ok.  Ballmer is rich.

I think Ballmer will go to the Saudis for funding so it's all above board

I agree. This goes to the core of structure of the league that allows teams like the Nuggets, Bucks and Thunder to win championships. But on a more basic level, it's just plain cheating. If Balmer doesn't like the rules, he can lobby for change or sell and make billions.

I couldn't agree more.  It's going to be interesting to see what Silver does here.  He's lied as well during this process.

At some point keeping him in milwaukee is bullying. Let the man have a chance at winning.

Already has.  He can ask out whenever he wants.

The Clippers investigation is going to take some time.  Silver may need a good 4 to 5 years to figure this whole thing out.

Glenn Rivers goes off about ICE ...

(From The Athletic)

CHICAGO — Before his team's third preseason game on Sunday night, Milwaukee Bucks head coach Doc Rivers used his media availability to speak out against the mass arrests by United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Chicago.

"It bothers me," Rivers said. "I'm trying, I'm trying; I mean, it's just awful what you watch and see, people getting zip tied. I mean, that's not this country. That's not what we're about."

In the week leading up to Sunday's game, Rivers made two comments about ICE activity during his sessions with reporters, but saved his most vigorous denouncement of their activity for the Bucks' visit to his hometown of Chicago.

"I think the mayor's done an amazing job with everything he says," Rivers said. "You know, I think this is starting to separate us all, which I hate. This is not; you can be pro-civil rights or what's right and not be, like, anti-White. And I think that's what it's starting to become in some ways. And it shouldn't be. It really shouldn't be. I would hope that if this was Ukrainian immigrants being detained, that everyone on both races would fight for it. That's wrong. It's just wrong."

For Rivers, the ICE activity in Chicago has been particularly disappointing because of his family history. Rivers grew up in Maywood, a village to the west of the city, and became a McDonald's All-American as a basketball player at Proviso East High before attending Marquette University in Milwaukee and eventually putting together a 13-year NBA playing career. His late father, Grady, was a police officer in Maywood for 30 years.

"I think every American is good with, if there's criminals on the street, we want to arrest the criminals," Rivers said. "My dad was a cop for Christ's sakes. My dad would not be proud of this. I know that. My dad would have a major problem; I couldn't imagine my dad going to work right now and have to protect ICE agents and doing what they're doing. I couldn't imagine him wanting to go to work. I think he'd call in sick. And it's just so — did you walk around the city today? This is an amazing city."
