Damn, not good for TK's chances of major contributions his rookie year.

Good.  He's not an NBA player

Oso was really good today. 12 points and earned raves for the way he can defend anyone - "the perfect switchable."

TK played well again. Bunch of assists, and took it hard to the hoop several times in the final minutes.

Yeah he did lots of good things....... Needs to grab some rebounds though

Yep... One rebound in 27 minutes won't cut it.

Watching both our guys in these games... It's so clear how smart and how well-versed they are in NBA style offense.

Even though he needs to grab a few more, in the post-game he and the head coach essentially said they cared more about ensuring Tshiebwe is limited on the offensive glass. He only had 2 ORB, so mission accomplished.

Tyler and Oso are both gaining confidence in The Summer League.

The two of them can build off this positive Summer experience once training camp starts.

I think both will perform well at The G League level and will end up playing in some NBA games this coming season

Wow, hadn't thought of it that way.

And how few other guys are. Washington was awful for the Knicks yesterday. No semblance of working within an offense, same thing with Tyson Walker. Big 10 strikes again.

You can always count on Herm to state the painfully obvious. Some people are even impressed by it!

On defense, Oso was often on the perimeter after switches, so fewer chances for rebounds. Still, there were quite a few times at both ends of the court that he was pushed out of position. Hopefully, as he gains both experience and muscle, he'll do better on the boards, but I'm not sure rebounding will ever be a big strength of his.

Tyler had 10 points and 4 assists in the first half today.......3 or 4 turnovers as well but he's been more aggressive.

That is what SL should be about. I heard JJ Reddick say he told Bronny he didn't care if got 10 fouls and blown past 10 times, he wanted him to be in the shorts of whomever he was guarding.

O-Max struggling this summer...really liked that kid...hope he gets it going.  I'm sure he's putting in the work.

OMax is a classic summer league confuser. In a team with Luka and Kyrie, he will never be asked to initiate offense. But he ends up with the ball a ton in summer league. He will be fine.

Tyler with the game winning and one for the Knicks.

21 points 8 assists 4 rebounds

Outstanding game from beginning to end for Kolek. Played off the ball some and stroked a few catch-and-shoot 3s. But really shined on the ball - and took over late. Fun watching him do what we know he can do.

Hope you're right...seems like he needs to be 3 and D to me...and I'm not seeing the 3...

He's not fine on D. At least he has something to focus on improving this year

Yeah, the Knicks sub thinks he's an end-of-bench guy who's Kolek insurance. He's also very good friends with Mikal Bridges.

Hope you and BM are right! Early summer league caveats abound, but TK does look like he may force the issue.
