Not much. I'm 6'4" and could never dunk - maybe get my fingertips over the rim at best.

My game was best described as Jack Sikma-esque.  If I got hot from deep, I'm making it rain on your a$$.

That's still pretty good.  Those with really good hops can jump off of one foot.  I was never able to do that.

6' could dunk a women's ball (small hands  ) at 17-22 yo. (was a HS high jumper)

5'10.  Dunked tennis balls in high school.

Pretty close to the same for me. I had a late growth spurt and went from 5’7 to 5’10 my freshman year of college.  But I didn’t really get any sort of vert till I started properly lifting lower body in my 20s. So my “peak” vert was probably age 25-26, bit after when I was probably most springy age wise.  But ate that time I could get rim regularly, dunk a tennis ball on a good day.

I remember the first time I jumped and easily grabbed the net with 2 hands to then grab the rim.  I felt like a kangaroo

You may have felt like a kangaroo, but only if the kangaroo was on his last legs.  They casually have a 8 foot vert JWags.
