I think Carter is just an excellent college player.  But, that three point shot from almost half court with seven seconds on the clock, down four, was bad.  That changed the complexion because shortly after that Oduro fouled out.  That lead to Kam driving and making an NBA layup shot to go up 6, then Ross was able to drive and make another incredible shot to go up 8.  Ballgame.

The highlight of the night was Ben Gold's free throw shot that totally missed the rim and hit the right side of the basket.  I have never seen that, have seen players coming up short, but not like that.  Had to rewind it to see if Gold sneezed or something when he shot it.  I will give him big credit because he drained the next one.

I said it last week, even though he made two horrible passes leading to five PU points, if he keeps this up, Kam is going to rise big time on the mock drafts.  Nice win tonight.

Chase did some really nice things in the last two minutes.

Huge.  If was Rabelain.

Great MU crowd again tonight. Other fan bases keep complimenting how well MU travels each year to MSG. Love it.

Like it or not, PC being PC is what makes the Big East the Big East.

Experience, depth and poise. This team was built for a run.

Let me just say one more thing I hope Providence doesn't make the tournament and if they do I will not root for them.

There's a difference between being physical and what Oduro does out there.

And where did Theo John fall on that spectrum of difference?

One fanbase's rock is another's thug.

Oduro IS a thug...

BE not going to be happy with MU, as they sent both Nova and Prov to the
NIT.  lol

Kam = F ' em !!  Awesome.

I think the yank on Oso's arm is the perfect example of the difference between being physical and dirty.  Could have seriously hurt him on that play.

Kam is an absolute stud. Seems to always come up with some much needed buckets at crunch time. A travesty he is not all conference. Going to have a good career in the League

8.  Carter worthy of every accolade.

Can't disagree more. I can think of at least 10 BEAST better then him...hell the entire starting five of UCONN plus first man off the bench are better. Oso, Kam, and Tyler all better. At least 3 players on Creighton . Absolutely no way he is BE POY.

ATL MU Warrior

Other than the hook and hold on Oso I actually thought Oduro played a pretty clean game compared to our previous matchups.  He rightfully go called for the big hit on Stevie, but that was pretty close/nothing egregious.

CountryRoads

Providence would have been a problem with Hopkins this season.

BLWarrior91

Great win for MU.

English and Holloway are great young coaches in this league.

There's no conference tourney that can touch the BET.  Playing at The Garden before a full house...tomorrow will be like a road game but The Garden is OUR House, not UConn's.

I mean it was his third game in as many nights and his game is 95% hustle. He was very good tonight.

Assume what I say should be in teal if it doesn't pass the smell test for you.

And I think the hook and hold was more out of annoyance than a dirty play.

I never defended Theo.  He did punkish things constantly and many of us called him out.
